About the event
GMCG invites you to take the plunge into the icy Ossipee River along with GMCG staff and friends to support our watershed protection programs. You can participate by plunging, donating, or both. Create a team of your friends for for an even bigger splash!
12 p.m. – Doors open at the Blue Heron House for coffee, hot chocolate, potluck lunch and desserts.
1 p.m. – Polar Plunge gets underway
Before or after your plunge enjoy a woodfired mobile sauna session courtesy of Elemental Saunas.
The event will feature prizes for the top plungers who garner the most sponsorship donations and participation gifts for all who take the plunge.
